We Will 4 DeSoto TX is building momentum and movement through intentional community engagement, neighborhood forums, and collaborative outreach. We work to advocate for neighborhood fairness, economic development, and transparent governance. Whether it’s challenging unjust systems, supporting smarter growth, or listening to community concerns—we believe real change starts by being present and accountable. We recognize the challenges beyond city, voter apathy division between groups and disconnection from the issues that matter most. That’s why we are rooted in faith not just as a belief system, but as a foundation for empathy, courage, and common ground. We choose problem – solving over problem – pointing. We lead with purpose over politics!

We Will 4 DeSoto TX began as the political campaign of Wil E. Adams Jr., a former candidate for DeSoto City Council. Today, it has evolved into a citizen‑powered movement dedicated to amplifying local voices and restoring the strength of collective representation. Our mission is clear and ambitious: to guide DeSoto’s growth in a fair, responsible way that truly reflects the needs and values of all its residents.
To further support this mission, We Will 4 DeSoto TX is actively establishing a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The nonprofit will support:
